at first, the item was great, it stored well and I trusted it to move my important photos and videos to help my phone declutter. well, I plugged it in to get some photos back and now its saying I need to reformat it, which would delete all the items on the USB. this commonly happens when its corrupted or the storage device was false. now, im not sure if I can even get my photos back, speaking that I just moved the photos onto the USB, and that I didnt back them up on my phone. so, I may not be able to get back the lost files. 🙂 please be weary, and if you have any suggestions please lmk.
